Beef

In the fall of  2016 we bought three bull calves and several heifers. The bull calves  will all go to market and one or two of the heifers will be processed as  well. We will retain the best heifers to raise calves. Their calves  will be fed out here on the farm or added to the breeding herd depending  on quality and the demands of the market at that time.
